Ján Šajbidor (born 29 November 1982) is a Slovak slalom canoer who competed in the mid 2000s. Competing at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens in the K-1 event he finished tenth in the qualification round, thus progressing to the semifinals. In the semifinals he finished twelfth, failing to reach the top ten and the final round.
